To make a reservation please proceed in the following order:

1. Choose the properties you are interested in.
   
   
2. It is very important that you read and accept our Booking Terms and Conditions.
   
   
3. Please contact us via email or phone to check whether rooms are available at the properties you have chosen.
   
   
4. E. L. Property Management will process your enquiry and reply by email giving you details of the room you can book.
   
   
5. If you wish to confirm the booking for your room you are required to fill out and return the accommodation application form and pay the following deposits:
   
   Casual Room: AUD 100.00
   Leased Room: 2 x the weekly rental of your room in AUD
   
   Please note that we can only accept credit card payments for all deposits. All other payments must be paid in cash upon arrival in Brisbane.
